Terms and Conditions for Nathan's Club Subscription Service
1. Agreement between Nathan's Barbers Group Limited and Customers: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription service ("Nathan's Club") provided by Nathan's Barbers Group Limited ("the Company") to its customers ("Customers"). By subscribing to Nathan's Club, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Subscription Entitlement: Customers who subscribe to Nathan's Club on a monthly basis will be entitled to unlimited haircuts for themselves only, subject to fair use as provided herein. The haircuts offered as part of the subscription will be limited to dry haircuts and simple styling without excessive use of product. The subscription does not include colouration, wet shaves, hair washing, hair conditioning, or any other treatments.
3. Fair Use Policy: The Company operates a fair use policy to ensure that all Customers have access to the benefits of Nathan's Club. The Company reserves the right to monitor and regulate usage and may take appropriate action if it at its sole discretion determines or identifies excessive or abusive usage.
4. Home Barbers and Subscription Prices: Customers must choose their home barbers when subscribing to Nathan's Club, either online or in person. Subscription prices may vary depending on the chosen home barber as advertised.
5. Subscription Cancellation and Pause: Customers have the right to cancel their Nathan's Club subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective from the start of the next billing cycle following the date of cancellation. Customers may also pause their subscription for a maximum period of three months. After the pause period, the subscription will automatically restart unless cancelled by the Customer. It is the Customer’s obligation to manage their membership online and a failure to cancel their membership will be the Customer’s cost and responsibility regardless of service use and usage frequency.
6. Subscription Enrolment: To join Nathan's Club, Customers will be required to provide their full name, address, credit or debit card details, email address, and phone number. Customers must be aged 18 or above and reside in the UK to subscribe.
7. Personal Use Only: Nathan's Club subscriptions are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
8. Service Amendments and Withdrawal: The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Nathan's Club service at any time without prior notice.
9. Subscription Price Changes: The price of all Nathan's Club subscriptions may vary and can be increased at any time. In such cases, the increased price will take effect from the next billing cycle after providing notice by email.
10. Subscription Payment and Refusal of Service: Subscription fees will be billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay the subscription fee will result in a refusal of service and we reserve all our rights to claim all monies due and owing to us by you. The Company reserves the right to attempt multiple payment methods and/or request alternative payment details to complete the transaction.
11. Subscriptions: The subscription amount will be increased and will vary depending on the chosen home barber site.
12. Privacy Policy: The Company will process personal data collected during subscription in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on its website.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By subscribing to Nathan's Club, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any such amendments will be communicated to Customers by email or other means.
