a. Haircut and Beard Services:
i. We strive to deliver the highest quality of haircuts and beard shapes or trims. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service you received, please inform us immediately before leaving the premises, and we will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns to your satisfaction.
ii. Refunds for haircuts and beard services will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of the management.
b. Online Bookings:
i. If you made a booking for a haircut or beard shape or trim through our online platform and need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to contact us within this period will result in your ineligibility for a refund if you have purchased in advance.
2. Product Returns:
a. Haircare and Grooming Products:
i. If you are not completely satisfied with a hair product purchased in our salon or through our online platform, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
ii. To initiate a product return, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@nathansbarbers.com and provide proof of purchase. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund or offer an exchange for another product of equal value, subject to availability and our determination.
3. Exceptions and Exclusions:
a. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used haircare and grooming products, unless they are faulty or defective.
b. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or personal preference regarding hairstyles, haircuts, beard shapes or trims, or grooming choices.
