FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I always need to Book or can I Walk-in?
We always recommend booking, but if you see an open slot and are in the gym go walk-in for sure. If the site is behind the gym barriers, then you will need to make a quick booking which you can do at the time of walk-in on your phone.
Do I need to be a member of the gym to use Nathan’s?
Nope. All our sites can be used by everyone, whether you are gym member or not. Head to the site, through the main entrance and find the barbers in the main foyer. If your barbers is in the gym itself you will be met by the team.
Do you take cash? How do I pay?
We operate a cash-less business, no 1990’s notes around here. If you are non-member booking an appointment you will be asked to settle your bill using VISA, V-Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can tap to pay or go retro and even swipe when you are done and the team will take payment. We don’t take 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s or another other type of old skool capital.
I'm club member how do I make an appointment?
Good question and bro welcome to the Club. Nice to have you. To make an appointment just Find Your Site the choose a Nathan’s Club appointment type (which are FREE to members) then select the date and time your want to book. Finally, click to BOOK. That’s it. Then turn up for your appointment. You may be asked to confirm your membership status - but hey that’s easy enough. If you want to walk in and get a cut just let the team know you are a member, they can check your details and then arrange for your cut.
Can I upgrade my club membership?
Absolutely, just complete the Upgrade request form
I have subscribed to a coming-soon site what happens next?
Well thanks for subscribing bro! We are stoked to have you onboard earlier and well done for securing your place. It’s not always as easy as you imagine to get into the first 500. Congrats. What happens next is you membership won’t renew until the site has been OPEN for 1 whole month. Next you will get update emails from the team letting your know about dates and one when the first appointments are released. Other than that sit back and relax from the 500 opening to the site going live is usually just a couple of weeks. If you have any questions in the mean time contact the team. Sweeeet.

I’m booking for the first time, I’m a new member but you are asking for my card details again… WHY?
The first time you book an appointment you are asked to provide card details that we can use in the event that you don’t show to an appointment you have booked or cancel within 24 hours of the booking time we charge a fee of £5. I know you are thinking bro why charge a cancellation fee and the answer man is this is our way of keeping everyone honest and using the barber time fairly in the community. You can still cancel your appointment online and for FREE up to 24 hours before the time.
I still have more Qs.
That’s cool well drop us a line and we will get back to you.
